It is an initiation agent that finds a wide area of use as the surface connection of non-electric detonators, in the firing of capsule sensitive explosives in face contour holes and in underground blasts.
Detonating cord includes a core of PETN in different volumes, and is encased in a textile or PVC outer jacket. Casing provides waterproofing and flexibility to the cord. Offered cordload options include a range between 5gr/m and 80 gr/m.
