BLASTWEB is a central electronic initiation system developed for underground businesses. Offering flexibility due to its architecture, BLASTWEB enables firing from the surface at the end of the shift or from a specific location during the shift. In addition, the system can be used whether only to fire electronic capsules, as well as following method in which non-electric capsules are fired by an electronic detonator, the DRIFTSHOT Starter, using a detonating cord connection.

Electronic detonators can only be fired over the BLASTWEB system which includes a smart key application and coded signal series sent from the surface blast control computer, which is protected by a password. This feature provides a high level of blast safety and completely eliminates the possibility of an unplanned explosion.

BLASTWEB offers several options as a network requirement and in this respect, it adapts to the existing network structure of many businesses. Having a modular structure, BLASTWEB can be easily customized for needs of businesses. BLASTWEB can monitor the status of the entire structure 24/7 via the surface blast control computer, and any issue related to system connection can be detected early.
